The New York City based DJ duo Gilles Wasserman and Zzoran have been involved in electronic music field almost 15 years. First contact with electronic music they had in mid 90’s in their homeland of Serbia, at great underground warehouse parties in Belgrade and clubs such as Industrija, Barutana, Mondo…With great love for electronic music both of them have started with DJ-ing nearly 10 years ago. After moving to NYC they started to make underground tech-house parties in lofts on various attractive locations all over New York City. They rocked the venues such as Webster Hall (grand re-opening in March 09), Green House (ex Shelter), La Zarza, Kion Lounge. Influenced by the sounds of Steve Bug, Phonique, Guillaume & The Coutu Dumonts, Laurent Garnier, Ricardo Villalobos, Kevin Yost, Richie Hawtin their sets vary from deep house to minimal techno with great attention on quality.
This is just a part (first 2hrs) of the last after party on 08.21.09 (well known after parties which have been organized on every Friday throughout whole summer at beautiful loft in the heart of NYC’s SoHo). Also this mix will be broadcast on web radio inmyradio.net as a part of MasterNite show which gives you opportunity to listen to the trendiest parties on the planet from past and present.
